VACATION RENTAL IN “CALA SAPONE VILLAS”
The 4 villas of the resort are designed and built with the intention to give the tourist the opportunity to fully enjoy this pristine environment. Every apartment is designed with the right orientation, and so that the neighbors do not interfere with each other, and may all enjoy the view of the sea and the maquis. You have a large choice for your holiday accommodation. In fact, you can rent a whole villa for 8/10 people person or an apartment with 2/7 beds sleeps.

VILLAS AND APARTMENTS THAT YOU CAN RENT WEEKLY
IN THE "CALA SAPONE VILLAS",
SANT’ANTIOCO, SOUTH SARDINIA, WEST COAST
The west coast is full of beaches, rocks, cliffs, sea creeks and is flanked by the Mediterranean maquis. The scents, and colors, of the sea mingle with those of the myrtle, cistus, rosemary, sage. The small bay of Cala Sapone is known for its sandy beach and flat rocks that surround it.
At a distance of 1300m from the beach, on a gentle hill, lies a fenced garden of about 24 acres, where the vegetation is smartly guided by man, to create romantic paths that connect the four villas. The distance between each villa is about 100 m. The sea view from each of the villas is set in a frame by palms, the olive trees and Indians figs. The parking is private in the garden of each villa. At the beach of Cala Sapone, that is 1300m from the garden, you will find two small restaurant and a minimarket provided everything; the town of Sant 'Antioco, about 10km, is full of shops, restaurants and services of all kinds.
Each villa consists of one, two or three apartments, and you have the option of renting one of the apartments, or to rent the entire villa if your group is large; as well as to rent two or more villas if you're a very large family or group of friends. In any case, each unit, both villa and apartment, has its own privacy: in essence, the front verandas and gardens do not look at one another.
When you leave the paved road will find a gate that introduces you to the garden of first house. And this is Villa Ambra!

It is the largest villa; it consists of three apartments (5/7 sleeps in the upper apt, and 4/5 people in the two lower); you can rent the whole villa up to 15 person. Villa Ambra the it’s close to the tennis court, clay surface, which is available for the holidaymakers of all four villas. You will find about 100 meters above the Villa Domus de Jana: it consists of only one apartment for 4 people; another 50 m above, you find Villa Lilli, which consists of 2 apartments (both upper and lower apartment with 4 beds for each) . If you get another 100m. you will find the Villa Camilla, the highest in the Garden; also Villa Camilla consists of two apartments for 4 persons each.

SANT’ANTIOCO ISLAND, SOUTH WEST SARDINIA
It is an island connected to the mainland by a small isthmus and a bridge. It is quite close to the city of Iglesias and Carbonia, and is about 80 km from Cagliari Elmas Airport. On the island there are two small towns (Calasetta and Sant'Antioco), and some villages ( Maladroscia,Torre Canai, Mercuri, Tonnara, Salina). Everything else there is the Mediterranean maquis with wonderful view to the sea. The seabeds are beautiful and rich of fish; for this reason Sant'Antioco is appreciated by lovers of scuba diving and snorkeling.
CALA SAPONE
It is one of the most beautiful little bays of the island, a sandy beach surrounded by flattened rocks , and a rich seabed. The ideal for sunbathing, swimming, snorkelling, and scuba diving! And very close to Cala Sapone there are some pearls of the sea of Sardinia, for ex., Cala della Signora e Cala Grotta.
A mini market equipped with all the minimum requirements, including tobacco and newspapers, is located between the beach and the Garden Resort.
In the town of Sant 'Antioco, 11 km, all sorts of shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. .., numerous pubs and numerous restaurants renowned throughout the region especially for the fresh fish from local fishermen. |
