Pretty House is a delightful cottage with one very large 4-bedded room, one double bedroom, two bathrooms with shower, living room with kitchenette.
The property is countryside, completely fenced, with a gate that separates it from a small quiet street, which leads to the center of Villamassargia, a walk of 500 meters.
It is an accommodation suitable for individual tourists, group of friends, two couples with or without children, families searching for a relaxing holiday. |
| The jewel of the house is a large veranda in front of the living room / kitchen, inside a 1000 sqm garden full of flowers and plants: vines, olive trees, palm trees, wisteria and prickly pears. This covered porch is the most desirable for a pleasant summer vacation: outdoor dining with BBQ, comfortable chairs, a sofa, and lounge chairs for your reading, your rest and work on your tan. Everything always in the open air, in ‘shade of a canopy of wisteria. |
The location
The location of Villamassargia allows both to enjoy the relaxing country side in the middle of nature, as well to reach the sea in just 18 km. The coast is beautiful and very varied: white sand beaches, but also small bays and coves surrounded by rocky cliffs. We can point to the beaches of Plagemesu, Fontanamare, Masua, Cala Domestica, Buggerru, and also those of Porto Pino, Porto Botte and Sant'Antioco.
We recommend visits to abandoned mines, and to the remains of the civilization Phoenician, Carthaginian and Roman in Sant'Antioco and Iglesias
The location is suitable for the tourist which loves nature and history as well fragrances and flavors of the food and wines of Sardinia. |
